Job Requirements:
1- university degree in a relevant field (this could include communications, social sciences, Engineers, English Literature business administration, and others )
2-At least Six-months experience in a similar job
3-Experience working or volunteering with a humanitarian organization
4-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5-Fluency in English (spoken and written)
6-Competence with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Description:
-Conduct periodical marketing assessment in order to guarantee the quality of the goods and equipment purchased and the services offered
-Help the Project Manager and the Administrator to prepare the documents for the procurements
– Follow-up the maintenance and service of ambulances and cars
Prepare periodic reports concerning maintenance activities and services-

إجراء تقييم دوري للتسويق لضمان جودة البضائع والمعدات المشتراة والخدمات المقدمة
ساعد مدير المشروع والمسؤول لإعداد المستندات لعمليات الشراء
متابعة صيانة وخدمة سيارات الإسعاف والسيارات
إعداد تقارير دورية بشأن أنشطة الصيانة والخدمات
