مشفى شهيدة ليكرين بخطر مستمر اثر قرب الاشتباكات في مدينة تل تمر

عدة دقائق فقط تفصل (مشفى ليكرين) عن خط الجبهة في محيط تل تمر، المشفى الذي يتناوب على العمل به اكثر من ١٠٠ شخص موزعين على مناوبات خلال كافة ايام الاسبوع و على مدى طول اليوم : جراحون، فنيون، ممرضون و مسعفون و سائقون يعملون على إسعاف الجرحى من خط الجبهة إلى المشفى، و من المشفى إلى باقي المدن للاستشفاء.
ان قرب مشفى الشهيدة ليكرين من الجبهة و تفاني الطاقم الموجود فيه كان عاملا حاسما في إنقاذ حياة المئات.
الليلة الماضية استقبلنا جريحا يبلغ من العمر ٣٢ سنة مصابا بشظية كبيرة (١٠ سم، ١٢ سم) في احشائه.
استطاع المسعفون بالوصل اليه و إسعافه إلى المشفى خلال اقل من ٢٠ دقيقة و إيقاف نزيفه قدر المستطاع. ليستقبله فريق الجراحة في غرفة العمليات حيث اخرجت الشظية بصعوبة ، انتهت أثناء العملية الجراحية جميع أكياس الدم التي كانت تتطابق مع زمرة دم المصاب، فتبرعت قائدة فريق المسعفين و مديرة الهلال الأحمر الكردي بدمها المطابق لدم المصاب.
تضررت أجزاء كثيرة من احشاء المصاب، الامعاء، اوعية دموية و الكلية، ولكن في النهاية أنقذت حياته. بالتأكيد لو كان المشفى ابعد بعدة كيلو مترات او لو كام هناك نقص في الدم، لفقد المصاب حياته بسبب النزف…..
عشرات الحالات الخطيرة كهذه جاءو إلى مشفى ليكرين، و تم إنقاذهم بنفس التفاني و المهارة من قبل فرقنت هناك…..
نود ان نذكر في النهاية ان هذا المشفى بني بمساعدة أصدقائنا في إيطاليا لدعم اهل تل تمر بعد ان فجر تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية المشفى الوحيد هناك قبل عدة أعوام. اسمينا المشفى تيمنا برفيقتنا العزيزية الطبيبة الأرجنتينية ليكرين (إلينا سانشز)، التي كانت دائما جنبا إلى جنب معنا و دائما حاضرة في الوقت و المكان المناسب.

Only few minutes separates the (ș. Lêgerin hospital) from the front line in Tel Tamr, the hospital which more than 100 medical staff works in. distributed on shifts throughout the week and throughout the day: surgeons, technicians, nurses, paramedics and drivers working to bring casiuaties from the front line to the hospital, and from the hospital to other cities for hospitalization.
The close distance of Lêgerîn hospital to the front and the dedication of the crew was critical in saving hundreds of lives.
Last night we received a 32-year-old wounded man with large shrapnel (10 cm, 12 cm) in his abdomin .
Paramedics were able to reach him and stope the bleeding then bringing him to the hospital in less than 20 minutes, To receive him by the surgical team in the operating theater , where the fragment was removed with difficulty, during the surgery all the blood bags that matched the blood type of the injured were used and we run out of blood at the end, so the team leader who is also co-director of the Kurdish Red Crescent donated her blood as it was matching the blood type of the injured.
Many oganans of our patient were damaged: blood vessels , intestines, blood and kidneys, but at the end his life was.
Certainly if the hospital was several kilometers away or if there was shortage of the bblood, the injured person would lost his life due to bleeding.
Not only this patients but Dozens of serious cases such as these came to Lêgerin hospital , and were rescued with the same dedication and skill the team in the hospital …..
Finally we would like to mention that this hospital was built with the help of our friends in Italy to support the people of Tal Tamr after the Islamic State blew up the only hospital there several years ago. And We named the hospital after our dear colleague, Argentine doctor Lêgerin (Elena Sanchez), who was always together with us and always present at the right time and place.
