Job Title: Medical Coordinator
Work place: KRC Office in Al- Qamishli with field tours in Munbij and Deir Al – Zour
Job Requirements:
(. 1-Medical university degree (this may include a pharmacist – dentist, doctor, etc

2-Fluency in English (spoken and written)
3 -At least six months experience in a similar job
4-Excellent communication skills
5-Efficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the Project Management Unit-
Coordinate and direct the staff of the project-
-Ensure regular field visits in order to follow-up the status of the activities
-Prepare regular reports of the project following KRC, partners’ and donors’ guidelines and indications
-Participate to all the meetings, trainings and travels considered important for her/his position

متطلبات العمل:
1- شهادة جامعية طبية في مجال ذي صلة (يمكن أن يشمل ذلك صيدلي – طبيب اسنان – طبيب ، وغيرها)

2- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثا وكتابة)
2-على الأقل ستة أشهر خبرة في وظيفة مماثلة
4-مهارات الاتصال ممتازة
6-الكفاءة مع تطبيقات MS Office ، بما في ذلك Word و Excel وOutlook

الوصف الوظيفي :
• الإشراف على وتنسيق وحدة إدارة المشروع ؛
• تنسيق وتوجيه موظفي المشروع ؛
• ضمان زيارات ميدانية منتظمة من أجل متابعة حالة الأنشطة ؛
• إعداد تقارير منتظمة للمشروع باتباع إرشادات ومؤشرات KRC والشركاء والجهات المانحة ؛
• المشاركة في جميع الاجتماعات والدورات التدريبية والسفر التي تعتبر مهمة لشغلها / منصبه ؛
