Job Description:
\nThe role of the Monitoring and Evaluation is responsible for gathering data, following up on field activities and reporting. the M&E officer provides support to the Program team in the designing, planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects by managing data and facilitating program implementation through filed visits. The M&E officer promotes a client-oriented approach consistent with our Values, rules and regulations. She\/he will support the M&E staff analyze data in order to measure progress and impact of project activities in targeted communities. To ensure coordination and consistency across the M&E unit, this position will cooperate closely with the M&E and program staff.<\/p>\n
