After the big displacement of \u201cSere Kaniye\u201d residents to Al-HAssaka city and stay in more than 70 schools , The Democratic Self-Administration started building a new camp in the village of \u201cTweyna\u201d on \u201cTil Tamir\u201d road, which it called “Washokani”.
