The targeting on the big generators, the main pumbs and the fuel tanks led to a huge shortage in watre in Afrin city, creating a serious crisis in finding drinkable water. So, people started to buy water tanks from the artesian wells. The crisis led people to worry about the problem of finding new alternatives to get water to the city, since most of the artesian wells are not safe for drinking.
