Given the importance of the water, sanitation, and hygiene sector during crises, the Kurdish Red Crescent WASH team conducted preliminary assessments of shelters for displaced people from #Aleppo<\/a><\/span> and #Shahba<\/a><\/span> areas. These assessments aimed to identify emergency interventions in humanitarian response within the water and sanitation sector. The measures included tests to monitor water quality, as well as identifying hygiene needs. Information and lists were also shared with partner organizations and the Office of Organisation Affairs, facilitating the rapid implementation of interventions to alleviate the suffering of internally displaced persons (IDPs).<\/p>\n
