The Kurdish Red Crescent ends the water crisis for 130 displaced families in Kobani

In response to the needs of displaced people in Kobani, the Kurdish Red Crescent team, with the support of MIS and as part of the Emergency Relief Project, provided safe and clean water to shelters hosting 130 families, in coordination with the People’s Municipali

ty of Kobani.

This response came in light of the lack of an adequate water network in the shelters, making access to clean water essential to protecting the health of displaced people, reducing waterborne diseases, and improving their living conditions.
