1- University degree in a relevant field (this could include communications, social sciences, Engineers, English Literature business administration, and others )
2-At least Six-months experience in a similar job
3-Experience working or volunteering with a humanitarian organization
4-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5-Fluency in English (spoken and written)
6-Competence with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Description:
The role of the Monitoring and Evaluation is responsible for gathering data, following up on field activities and reporting. the M&E officer provides support to the Program team in the designing, planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects by managing data and facilitating program implementation through filed visits. The M&E officer promotes a client-oriented approach consistent with our Values, rules and regulations. She/he will support the M&E staff analyze data in order to measure progress and impact of project activities in targeted communities. To ensure coordination and consistency across the M&E unit, this position will cooperate closely with the M&E and program staff.

الوصف الوظيفي:
دور الرصد والتقييم مسؤول عن جمع البيانات ومتابعة الأنشطة الميدانية وإعداد التقارير. يقدم موظف الرصد والتقييم الدعم لفريق البرنامج في تصميم وتخطيط ورصد وتقييم المشروعات من خلال إدارة البيانات وتسهيل تنفيذ البرنامج من خلال الزيارات المقدمة. يشجع موظف الرصد والتقييم على اتباع نهج موجه نحو العميل بما يتفق مع قيمنا وقواعدنا وأنظمتنا. وسيقوم بدعم موظفي الرصد والتقييم لتحليل البيانات من أجل قياس التقدم وأثر أنشطة المشروع في المجتمعات المستهدفة. ولضمان التنسيق والاتساق عبر وحدة الرصد والتقييم، سيتعاون هذا الموقف بشكل وثيق مع موظفي الرصد والتقييم وموظفي البرامج.
