1- University degree in a relevant field (this could include communications, social sciences, Engineers, English Literature business administration, and others )
2-At least Six-months experience in a similar job
3-Experience working or volunteering with a humanitarian organization
4-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5-Fluency in English (spoken and written)
6-Competence with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Description:
The role of the Monitoring and Evaluation is responsible for gathering data, following up on field activities and reporting. the M&E officer provides support to the Program team in the designing, planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects by managing data and facilitating program implementation through filed visits. The M&E officer promotes a client-oriented approach consistent with our Values, rules and regulations. She/he will support the M&E staff analyze data in order to measure progress and impact of project activities in targeted communities. To ensure coordination and consistency across the M&E unit, this position will cooperate closely with the M&E and program staff.

الوصف الوظيفي:
دور الرصد والتقييم مسؤول عن جمع البيانات ومتابعة الأنشطة الميدانية وإعداد التقارير. يقدم موظف الرصد والتقييم الدعم لفريق البرنامج في تصميم وتخطيط ورصد وتقييم المشروعات من خلال إدارة البيانات وتسهيل تنفيذ البرنامج من خلال الزيارات المقدمة. يشجع موظف الرصد والتقييم على اتباع نهج موجه نحو العميل بما يتفق مع قيمنا وقواعدنا وأنظمتنا. وسيقوم بدعم موظفي الرصد والتقييم لتحليل البيانات من أجل قياس التقدم وأثر أنشطة المشروع في المجتمعات المستهدفة. ولضمان التنسيق والاتساق عبر وحدة الرصد والتقييم، سيتعاون هذا الموقف بشكل وثيق مع موظفي الرصد والتقييم وموظفي البرامج.

Extend a sewerage networks in Washokani camp

The ability to access water and sanitation is basic human rights and considered a necessity of life, health and dignity.
Provide clean water and sanitation timely and sufficiently for IDPs is particularly important.
Right provision of such services is important for right disposal of all wastes, in addition to controlling infectious disease vectors (mosquitoes, mice and flies) is critical to mitigate health risks and prevent epidemics.
The Kurdish Red Crescent is implementing a plan to extend a sewage network in “ Washokani “camp to avoid all these risks and provide the best care for the IDPs

10491 beneficial of diabetics during the last ten months

اشارت إحصائيات الصحة العالمية بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لمرضى السكري الى ان نصف المرضى والذي يقدر عددهم بحوالي 422 مليون مريض غير قادرين على الوصول الى الأنسولين بسبب ارتفاع أسعارها .
لذا وبهدف مساعدة أكبر عدد ممكن من المرضى يعمل الهلال الأحمر الكردي بتوفير “الأنسولين ” في جميع مراكز الخدمة الطبية، فقد بلغ العدد الإجمالي للمستفيدين من مادة الأنسولين خلال الأشهر العشرة الماضية 10491 مستفيد في جميع مراكز الهلال الأحمر الكردي في شمال وشرق سوريا.
The global health statistics in the international day of Diabetics in the world showed that the half number of the patients that is 422mıllıon person are not able to get Insulin as of the high cost of the cure.
The Kurdish Red Crescent was able to offer the Insulin ın all the medıcal centers and poınts. Where the total number of beneficiaries who benefited from Insulin have reached 10491 person in all the medical points of the KRC during the last ten months.

Thirty six days of continuous shelling on north and east of Syria, resulted in wounding and killing hundreds of civilians, displacing thousands of people addition to the terrifying conditions that the population of the other villages and towns have been suffering.
All these conditions have been experienced by our medical teams, but they didn’t retreated in saving people’s lives, despite the big danger they were facing, as they have been targeted several times by Turkish airstrikes and bombardments, and one martyred and many wounded.

Construction a new camp “Washokani” for the displaced people of Sere Kaniye

After the big displacement of “Sere Kaniye” residents to Al-HAssaka city and stay in more than 70 schools , The Democratic Self-Administration started building a new camp in the village of “Tweyna” on “Til Tamir” road, which it called “Washokani”.
The camp is designed to accommodate more than 30,000 families, currently living only 30 families, this is due to the incomplete construction and rehabilitation work.
We in the Kurdish Red Crescent appeal to all humanitarian and refugee organizations to contribute in the construction works and provide the necessary assistance to rehabilitation it as soon as possible with a coming cold winter.
