The Kurdish Red Crescent and the Al-Amal Organization provide financial support and food baskets to cancer patients displaced from Ras al-Ayn in Hasakah.

On April 13, 2026, as part of our ongoing humanitarian efforts, the Kurdish Red Crescent, in partnership with the Al-Amal Organization, provided $100 in financial support and a food basket to cancer patients displaced from Ras al-Ayn (Sere Kaniye) in the city of Hasakah.
Assistance is being provided to the remaining cases, bringing the total number of patients to 29.

Distributions are ongoing to reach as many families in need as possible.

The Kurdish Red Crescent distributes food baskets to 203 displaced families in schools in Amuda

As part of our ongoing humanitarian efforts, and with the support of Channel 8, the Kurdish Red Crescent distributed aid to 203 displaced families residing in schools across 10 schools in the city of Amuda.
This initiative follows the distribution campaign that began in Qamishli, where we continue to reach our people in various regions, reaffirming our commitment to standing by them and meeting their needs.
Our campaign continues to expand to other areas, striving to reach as many families in need as possible.

A humanitarian campaign in Qamishli concluded with support for 2,800 displaced families, and distribution continues in other areas.

With the conclusion of our humanitarian campaign in Qamishli, we have reached 2,800 displaced families from Afrin, residing in 114 shelters within the city.
Throughout the campaign, our goal was to stand by every family in need and alleviate some of their daily burdens by distributing food baskets, given the difficult circumstances our people are facing.
We affirm that our efforts will continue, as the food basket distribution campaign will extend to other areas, including Hasakah, Derik, Darbasiyah, Tirbespiyê, Amuda, Jal Agha, and Rmelan, with the aim of reaching as many displaced families as possible and providing them with the necessary support.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all the supporting organizations that contributed to the success of this campaign, and to everyone who played a role in delivering this aid to those who need it most.

The Kurdish Red Crescent distributes aid in Kobani with support from Russian Kurds.

With support from the Kurds of Russia, the Kurdish Red Crescent distributed food baskets and hygiene supplies to needy families in the city of Kobani, as part of ongoing efforts to alleviate humanitarian burdens and improve the living conditions of the people.

The Kurdish Red Crescent brings smiles to the faces of martyrs’ children with a humanitarian support initiative.

The Kurdish Red Crescent organized a special event for the children of martyrs, during which toys were distributed with support from the Hero Organization, in addition to clothing provided by the Kurdistan Red Crescent.
This initiative aimed to bring joy to the children’s hearts, alleviate the effects of the difficult circumstances they are experiencing, and strengthen the spirit of solidarity and care for them.

Humanitarian support for displaced cancer patients in Hasakah through a joint initiative

Kurdish Red Crescent teams, with support from the Amal Organization, distributed humanitarian aid, including cash and food baskets, to cancer patients displaced from Afrin and currently residing in Hasakah.
Seven patients benefited today, and the campaign will continue tomorrow to reach the remaining patients, as part of our ongoing efforts to support the most vulnerable and alleviate their suffering.

Ongoing support for displaced children in Qamishli: Diapers and milk to alleviate suffering

The Kurdish Red Crescent continues to provide humanitarian support to displaced families in Qamishli. Our teams distributed diapers and baby formula in response to the urgent needs of children in shelters.
This activity is supported by the Kurdistan Red Crescent as part of joint efforts to alleviate the burdens on displaced families and strengthen solidarity during these difficult times.

The Kurdish Red Crescent continues to support displaced people with basic children’s supplies.

With the support of the Kirkuk Charity Foundation, the Kurdish Red Crescent team distributed infant formula and diapers to shelters in the city of Qamishlo, as part of our ongoing efforts to support displaced families and meet the basic needs of children.
